Pool Safety

Above ground pool
This is a photo of a pool I inspected on the weekend. The new legislation requires that the skimmer box and the pipe to the left of the skimmer box now be enclosed so that kids can't climb up the pipes and into the pool. You can not have any climbable objects within 900mm of the pool barriers.

    So you don't need a fence around an above ground pool like this in QLD?

    The rules must be different in QLD than they are in Victoria
